How To Place An Order

To place an order follow the steps below:

1. Submit an email to tavellidesign@gmail.com for a quote. Please include what you would like to have customized along with any pictures for inspiration.

2. Once we respond and have an agreed upon price, we will send you an invoice.

​

3. Project will not be started until payment has been received. Once invoice has been paid, please allow 2-5 weeks for project completion.

***Due to supply chain issues, there may be delays in project completion. If there are any delays we will inform you through our email chain.

4. You may pay directly through the link in your invoice, CashApp ($Tavellidesign) or Venmo (@Tavellidesign). Please include your invoice number in the notes section if using CashApp or Venmo.
